Birth Classes

The  Evidence Based Birth Childbirth Class is a comprehensive series where you receive 6 weeks of online content where you have the content experts at your finger tips.  You are not set out there alone to watch and try to understand it but instead,  you are mentored throughout the series by Cat, your birth expert, who puts the evidence into real context for you as we meet virtually each week to discuss the professionally recorded online content taught by the individual experts in the field.   This class has swept the nation as it stand on three basic pillars:

  • The most recent Birth Evidence
  • Partner Support techniques and tools, and
  • Comfort ​
